Job Description:
You’ll design and build AI agents and LLM-powered applications for our clients — from framing the problem to shipping an assistant or copilot that works in production. You’re comfortable with retrieval, tool use, evaluation and guardrails, and you can explain your decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications or agents
• Strong Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks
• Understanding of RAG, prompting, evaluation and guardrails
• A track record of shipping, not just prototyping
